The porter was very friendly and helped me my heavy bag carted to my room. I am sorry I didn’t get his name.

The room was clean and comfortable. It appeared to be recently updated.

Hotel was clean and fresh coffe brewed bright and early!

I chose the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hartford Bradley Airport because of its proximity to the airport and the fact it had a shuttle service. The hotel room was all you'd expect: clean, neat & well stocked. I used the shuttle to pick me up after dropping off my rental car, and then dropping us off at the airport the following morning. The shuttle was on time and the driver courteous.

I enjoyed my stay, I had no issues. Staff was very nice and helpful when needed. I would definitely book with La Quinta again.

Always a great service we have counted on fir years. I was delayed coming back from a family emergency and Park Sleep and Ride totally worked with me during a difficult time.

After booking had a few hiccups with verifying the reservation before we left, hotel staff couldn’t verify our booking….making us feel a bit nervous, but hotel management was very helpful and able to verify…otherwise the experience was great!

Nice room, very clean and had all the things you would need, microwave small fridge and the breakfast was nice also.

Have used La Quinta Hotel and Park & Fly many times....always great service, pleasant staff, clean rooms.

Hotel was great. the park service when we returned was terrible. Couldn’t get out the gate, ran back and forth across the street to do battle with the lady in lazpark. Would not use them again.

The hotel was very clean. The woman we checked out with was very kind and polite.

pick up process at airport was easy and timely. room was clean and comfy. check in easy as my flight came in late at night. would have been nice to have some food and breakfast but they said they didn't offer it at this time. would surely use them again.

The hotel was great. The park sleep fly could use a little work, we got in from a long flight and called the number as instructed and it rang about 10 times and then went to a busy signal. After 4 tries I called the hotel and they got in touch with the shuttle (different company) and sent them to pick us up. Once in the lot and in our car we did as instructed again and could not get out, it wanted us to pay an additional 63 dollars to open the arm that lets you out. Thank goodness for the shuttle driver he was able to get the machine to work after a couple tries himself but he hadn’t been there we would have had to pay since nobody supervises the lot. It is a good idea in theory and the price is right just need to figure out the phone number issue and the machine problem.

Hotel room was clean. A basic room that let us get a nights rest before our flight.
